All sorts of things.

Doulas are support people who offer emotional, physical, and educational support to families and individuals throughout a spectrum of transitions. Doulas hold space for your experiences, and the feelings that may accompany them. We provide trusted resources that extend beyond the immediate birth space, and squeeze hips. We squeeze a lot of hips!

We are the grounding energy reminding you to breathe when the world feels too loud, the steady hands making tea while change settles into the room, the keeper of rituals that honor love, loss, and transformation. They walk beside you through the thresholds- birth, death, and the endless rebirths in between- offering presence, not just in the moments that are celebrated, but in the ones that are raw, uncertain, and beautifully human.

Doula care will rarely look the same from one person to the next. Our human needs are ever-changing, and we all experience transitions differently. Wombly will change the way we provide your care according to your wants, needs, values, and growth.

Here, every body is sacred. Every identity honored without question, and every transition- birth, loss, becoming- is met with care that’s as expansive and fluid as the people it serves. Wombly moves with you, not just as a guide, but as a steady presence in a world that too often demands you shrink. This is care that makes room, care that affirms, care that knows you are whole exactly as you are.

Wombly is all about love, respect, and inclusivity. There’s zero space for hate, discrimination, or harassment- no matter who you are or how you move through the world. Here, we believe that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and valued.

  • Wombly offers flexible payment plans for your convenience.

  • Nope. We support you anywhere! Hospital, bedroom, bathtub, birth pool, back seat of an Uber. The world is your birthing pool!

  • Wombly’s contract outlines all the details in full, and we dedicate a portion of our first meeting to going over it together. What’s important to know is that Wombly will not participate in any activity that can be reasonably deemed unsafe, reckless, or illegal. Doulas must pour from a full jug, so we take care to make sure that everyone has a clear grasp of each other’s expectations by the time we sign. We require your clear understanding that doulas do not offer medical care, medical advice, and are not medical practitioners unless otherwise trained.
